Christine's Profile

I’m Christine Ward and I am a Corporate Training Advisor and have been part of ‘the Adapt team’ for over a decade. Since starting at Adapt in 2000, I have been fortunate to find a career I can truly say I love, which happens to have brought along the journey good friends and fantastic clients (which I consider friends – you know who you are!).

I have many passions in life, my brown fury child at home named Rolo (chocolate labrador), a love for food and baking cakes, cookies and muffins for friends and family; who all complain if I don’t bring them treats and who also complain if I do as along with the indulgence comes constant dieting in the office.

Having been at Adapt for many years, I have also been lucky enough to have experienced some sights that I never would have if I worked someone else – not Leonard dancing at the Christmas party!! But I have been fortunate enough to have a very kind and giving boss who has generously taken us to Rome, Paris, Dublin and Iceland and often takes us out for team events like Truffle Making, Cooking Experiences and Restaurants (yes you have guessed it we are all foodies!) to thank us for our hard work and commitment.

A passion however that has grown over the years is training and development…I can say from the heart that I truly believe in the benefit and value training staff brings and work hard for my clients to always find a solution that exceeds their expectations – this is genuinely because I care.

I can only hope my next 10 years at Adapt brings me as much good fortune as the last 10.
