This course is designed to help delegates facing change to manage their path to success. The stages of change and pitfalls at each stage will be discussed. The Change Curve, which discusses the emotional transition before embracing change will be examined. Delegates will be able to identify where they are on the curve, and how to clear their path towards embracing change. Clarifying the reality of the current situation will provide the foundation for planning a way forward.
The Myers-Briggs® Personality Profiling is optional and can be very beneficial in helping delegates understand their own reactions to change. It helps delegates understand themselves and other members of the team better and enhance communication and productivity.
